For prime contractors and public agencies
Reystone Construction is a licensed California general contractor, certified DVBE and SDVOSB, registered with the DIR and active in SAM. If you need certified participation to meet a goal on a bid, or a small public works scope delivered, the numbers below are what your compliance file needs.
Every credential on this page is issued by an agency that publishes its own verification portal. Check them before you call — that is what they are for. Certifications still pending are not listed. If a credential is not on this page, Reystone does not hold it.
What Reystone bids
Hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, rolling steel, hardware sets and fire-rated openings — furnished and installed. Held in house under the C-61/D-28 classification rather than brokered to a third party.
Selective demolition, partitions, finishes, punch list and ADA corrections, in buildings that stay in operation while the work runs.
Informal and small formal bids for cities, districts and state agencies. DIR registered, prevailing wage and certified payroll handled as part of the scope.

Commercially useful function
On every scope Reystone takes, Reystone receives the requirement, sources it, negotiates it, issues the purchase order, pays the supplier, controls delivery, invoices the customer, and keeps the evidence file. That is a commercially useful function, and it is what the certification is supposed to mean.
An arrangement where another party controls the procurement and Reystone adds an invoice earns no participation credit and carries real penalties — for the prime as well as for us. We do not do it, and if a scope is structured that way we will say so before the bid rather than after the award.
Send the plans, the scope and the bid date. You get a number or a straight no — not a maybe on bid day. Certificates of insurance, certification letters and the DIR registration go in your file before anything starts.
