Reystone Construction performs tenant improvements, renovations and specialty scopes for property owners, facility managers and general contractors across Los Angeles County.

Most of this work happens in buildings that cannot stop operating. That makes sequencing, site protection and inspection scheduling as much of the job as the construction itself, and it is why every scope is documented from the condition found through to sign-off.

Tenant improvements

Breakrooms, offices and support spaces built inside working warehouses and facilities, sequenced around your shifts and your inventory.

Roofing & envelope

Flat roof tear-off and replacement, structural repair to rafters and sheathing, membrane systems, and the framing corrections that demolition tends to uncover.

Specialty & cold storage

Walk-in refrigeration wall restoration and other scopes where the material has to be rated for the environment rather than patched over.

Doors, frames & hardware

Hollow metal, wood and hardware sets supplied and installed to the schedule, including fire-rated openings. Openings are held in house under a C-61/D-28 classification — doors, gates and activating devices — rather than brokered to a third party.

Full tear-off to bare joists, new rafters, plywood sheathing, and membrane roofing. Structural damage discovered during demolition required additional framing before the new roof system could be installed.
